v0.3 - Achievements Update - 17.07.2025

Hey there,

just another update, adding more content.

The next update will be a major one, adding another layer of prestige and, if possible, a better looking UI.

Achievements:

• Added a bunch of Achievements, that affect your Feedpower, cooldown reduction, Golden Catfish gain and the Catfish’s value
• Added a menu to display Achievements
• Icons will be added later

Balancing:

• Increased cost factor for both Marketing and DNA Manipulation from 1.5 to 2

QoL:

• Offline progression 

• Available after getting intern
• At a rate of 1%, you get the following:
• On intern level 1, you get size up to max size and weight when coming back
• On intern level 2, you get money after the catfish are fed depending on your preferences, then sold
• On Following level 1 and Sponsorship higher than level 3, you gain Golden Catfish and accumulated Catfish size instead. Depending on how long the cooldown is, your catfish will be fed until they reach the maximum possible size (floored so you don't unnecessarily feed them more than needed), then freed

• Reset Animations
  • You no longer need to wait for Animations to be finished to feed, sell, free and/or ascend

Misc:

• The Automation Preferences button will now only be displayed when meeting certain requirements
• Adjusted the Feed button’s size
• Golden Catfish now also displays decimals

Bug Fixes:

• The abbreviation for “Golden Catfish” was “GP” throughout the whole game. This typo has been fixed
• Fixed a bug where when unlocking the secret Achievement “Friend and Helper” would cause your Feedpower to become 0 after buying the next food upgrade
• When opening the Prestige Menu, all other opened menus would remain activated. This has been fixed
