0.3.2b - Another bug bites the dust Update

Hello people!

There were some bugs in the game that needed to be exterminated (RIP to the bugs).

Here are the changes:

- Made the textbox for "Effects" in the stats menu broader

- Fixed a bug where trying to buy the next milestone for a cat that has already reached the last one would show a negative number in the buy box

- Fixed a bug where the new stats menu wouldn't properly be reset after a prestige
