0.2.2 Preferences Update

Hello everyone!

A new update, featuring the following changes:

- Added more options for the UI (Settings -> UI Settings -> General, Number Notation, Shop Options)

- You can choose, if you want the "Buy all" buttons in the shop at top or the bottom

- The Shop can also be filtered by upgrade type and cats now

- Added some instructions for new players

It took me a while to get the shop filter to work properly, but during testing, there were no more issues found!
