bug fixes for youuuu:

- Fixed a bug where buildings gave way too many levels when offline

- Fixed a miscalculation with OCD buy

- Favor costs weren't displayed correctly after buying the "Starcoupon" Gift Upgrade

- There was a typo in the hint of the "OCD Cat" rank. This has been fixed
