0.4.0d - Export/Import Update

Hey!

Another update for you!

- General Changes:

- Finally added the option to export and import save files on webGL. Please don't tamper with them, as it can erase your whole progress!

- Added the First Disciple as icon for every Achievement related to Devotion

- QoL Changes:

- The Autobuy Building Levels automation now builds the first level of Buildings as well (so you don't need to buy them from the shop first)

- Added a notification, that let's you know how to earn Karma manually by petting Manny instead of clicking/poking him

- Added an option to buy the maximum possible level of a single Upgrade

- Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug where Departments weren't displayed under certain circumstances (like coming back from Meowruto RPG)

- An issue, where the Buy button of Cats would be green with the "Buy Max Milestone", even on max Milestones, has been resolved

- Sometimes the "Buy Max Milestone" option would display negative values onthe Buy button of Cats. This has been fixed

- When entering Meowruto RPG, the game wasn't saved and could cause errors when coming back. This has been resolved

- The effect of the "Wrapping Paper" Upgrade wasn't displayed correctly. This has been fixed
