0.4.2e - Secret Update

Hello guys!

A new update just for you!

- Achievements & Secrets:

- "Make up your Mind!" is now unlockable even when you're late in the game

- Meowruto RPG:

- Many changes have been made to Meowruto RPG! Check out the ingame changelog!

- QoL Features: 

- There are now percentage based options for Departments as well

- Added a "Close" button to the current tutorial

- You can now cycle through Upgrades when opening one (this works for Cats, their Upgrades and Favor Upgrades at the moment)

- Misc:

- Changed the description of the Cat Paw to "Pets Manny for you"

- Changed the description of Meowruto to "Purretty fast boy" so it does not contain profanity anymore

- Bug Fixes:

- Fixed a bug where the Training Center's revenue wasn't an integer

- The number of Disciples to be devoted is now being rounded to avoid any floating number errors

- When training ED/BD there was an error in calculating how many Disciples are left afterwards. This has been fixed

- Fixed a bug where the text of how many Disciples were being devoted displayed incorrect information after you've reduced the amount of Disciples to devote
